Shimron graduated from Flinders University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). He has since been admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor in South Australia.

In his spare time, Shimron likes to surround himself with sport. Shimron is involved in multiple basketball teams and has recently began learning how to perfect his golf swing. Shimron is also a long-time supporter of the Adelaide Football Club.
