Ben Cutter

Ben was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in South Australia in 2026. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance) from the University of Adelaide.

 

Ben has worked at Botten Dnistriansky Kellis Lawyers since 2022, starting as a law clerk.

 

Ben has an interest in the areas of:

 

  • Public Liability and CTP;

  • Personal Injury;

  • Property damage claims;

  • Medical negligence claims;

  • Debt recovery claims; and

  • Sports law

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT & LIFE AWAY FROM WORK 

Ben loves sports, particularly football where he is a passionate Collingwood Magpies supporter, and basketball where he is involved in multiple teams. On the weekend you will often find Ben catching up with his mates or attending some form of live sport.
