AREAS OF EXPERTISE
Brianna was admitted to practise as a Barrister and Solicitor in South Australia in 2005. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice and Bachelor of International Studies from Flinders University of South Australia.
After admission, Brianna worked as a Judges’ Associate at the District Court of South Australia and spent time in the United Kingdom working as a paralegal whilst taking the opportunity to travel.
Upon return to South Australia in 2009, Brianna commenced her career as a solicitor. She has predominantly acted for plaintiffs with personal injury claims namely, motor vehicle accidents, South Australian workers compensation, Commonwealth workers compensation (Comcare), public liability and superannuation insurance. She has represented survivors of child abuse with institutional abuse claims including applications for redress under the National Redress Scheme.
Brianna specialises in the areas of military compensation and military abuse assisting veterans from all branches of service with injury claims under the Veterans Entitlement Act, Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act and Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act. Brianna also assists veterans who have experienced abuse during service to seek reparation initially through what was the Defence Abuse Response Taskforce (DART) and more recently through the Commonwealth Ombudsman.

Brianna appears in a number of South Australian and Commonwealth jurisdictions including:-
-Supreme Court of South Australia;
-District Court of South Australia;
-Magistrates Court of South Australia;
-South Australian Employment Tribunal (SAET);
-Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT).
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT & LIFE AWAY FROM WORK
Brianna has been involved with the Adelaide Football League as Board member and member of the Tribunal. Brianna is a member of the Law Society of South Australia and in 2019/2020, she participated in the Women Lawyers Association of South Australia Mentoring Program.
Outside of work, Brianna spends most of the Winter at Adelaide Oval supporting Port Power and most of the Summer waiting for the football season to start again!
